Delivery Information:

UK Standard delivery to any UK address costs only £5.25. Parcels are sent out by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and will ordinarily arrive within 4-5 working days.  You will receive email confirmation from Royal Mail regarding the delivery.

Channel Islands, USA & Canada – from £25

All orders will be sent using a tracked service and the shipping cost will be dependent on the country where you wish the order to be delivered.  UK VAT will not be charged on the item or postage and you will be responsible for any duties or taxes importing to your country of choice.  We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed who now advise us of the customs duties and fees before shipping.  If there is a charge, we will email you before shipping and send a PayPal payment request which must be paid before shipping. All returns are at your own cost.  We aim to turnaround the despatch of your order as quickly as possible.  Please ensure you check import duty and taxes before completing your order.  If a parcel is returned by customs due to the refusal of payment of fees, we reserve the right to deduct a £25 (GBP) admin fee from the refund amount.  Your statutory rights are unaffected by this, ie if you return the item as it is not suitable.
